Merchandise Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for purchasing Thumb Brewery merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, in order to be eligible for a credit.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your receipt (or a copy) must accompany your return.
Upon receiving your return items, we will inspect the items and credit the purchase price to your credit card or send a refund check (based upon your original method of payment). 
You will receive the credit within 3-4 days of processing the refund.
If your item doesn’t meet the Returns criteria, we will notify you immediately to take alternative action.


Exchanges
You have 90 days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your receipt (or a copy) must accompany your exchange.
Include a written notice of the item you’d like in exchange.  We will refund any credits owed to you above the original purchase price.  For higher priced items, include a check for the difference owed including tax.  


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In person:  Go to Thumb Brewery, 6758 Pine Street, Caseville, MI during normal business hours.  
By mail:  Returns and exchanges must be sent with a copy of the receipt to:
